Meet our President and Senior Consultant, Lorraine Hart
Lorraine Hart has been helping businesses and healthcare practices improve their organizations and become more profitable since 1993. She has written and published numerous articles on business and practice management topics including Organization, Employees, Sales and Marketing, and Profitability.
Lorraine is an active member of the Remodelers Council (RMC) of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA). She has been on the Board of the RMC since 2015. In addition, she has been writing, editing and submitting weekly articles for the Houston Chronicle, and coordinated the creation and submission of articles for the Texas Home and Garden blog website.
Lorraine was named the Remodelers Council Associate of the Year in 2014, and again in 2020.
Lorraine is a past President of the New York City / Long Island Chapter of NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Prior to forming Ideal Consulting Services, Lorraine served in an upper middle management position at Grumman Data Systems.
Nora Kleczka, Client Support
Nora has been supporting Ideal Consulting’s clients since 2002. As the master of client support behind the scenes, Nora assists our clients in all aspects of marketing, hiring, and research.
She assists with setting up and maintaining social media platforms and Houzz. She also writes articles, coordinates award submissions and advertising, and creates promotional emails for Ideal Consulting Services, Websites by Ideal and our clients.
Nora coordinates and submits articles to the Houston Chronicle (www.chron.com) and Home and Garden News website (www.homeandgardennews.org). This includes writing and/or editing articles as needed.
She coordinates the hiring efforts for our clients by posting ads and pre-screening candidates.
In addition to researching companies and programs that our clients are interested in; Nora handles a wide range of other client issues as needed and assists with website support.
Wendy Patten, Chief Finance Officer, and President of Wendy Corp
Wendy Patten has been working with Ideal Consulting Services since 1995. Although Wendy is familiar with all the areas of Ideal, she specializes in bookkeeping and finance.
In addition to her role at Ideal consulting Services, she supports a national base of clients through her own bookkeeping company.

Dennis Hart, Websites By Ideal
Dennis Hart’s background includes Marketing, Sales, Website Consulting and Search Engine Optimization.
Cindy Walding-Hart, Web Designer
Cindy started designing websites for Websites By Ideal (WBI) in 2022. She spearheads the design of each site and works in conjunction with both Lorraine and Nora to ensure complete client satisfaction throughout the design process. In her time working for WBI she has helped multiple of Ideal Consulting’s Clients create or update their websites to their liking.
The Stairlift Store website she designed is a finalist for the Best Website Award for the Texas Association of Builders 2024 Star Awards.
In addition to being a web designer for WBI, Cindy works with Adam Hart editing videos for his videography business.
Adam Hart, Photographer and Videographer
Adam has been doing professional photography and videos for Ideal’s clients since 2016. Adam started his own business in 2019 specializing in architectural photography. He has since branched out to sports photography and videography with a heavy focus in Lacrosse.

In Memoriam Arthur Hart
Art was a co-founder of Ideal Consulting Services and founder of Websites by Ideal. He supported Ideal Consulting for 30 years.
In 2003 Art formed Websites by Ideal, initially to provide websites for Ideal’s NY clients. Websites by Ideal now serves a national market.
