A company’s mission statement helps to keep you and your employees focused and on track- keeping you from going “off the rails”. A concise but specific mission statement gives your company a purpose, states where your company is going, how you will get there, for whom you do it, as well as the value of your product or service.
As you well know, every structure needs a solid foundation; a well written mission statement will give your company just that.
